For those in the early stages of building or renovating, or feeling unsure about layouts & selections, our
Pre-Renovation Design Session offers a focused & practical way to refine your plans before committing.
For larger or more detailed projects, we provide a Full interior design service, working closely with you, your builder & consultants to ensure a cohesive & well-resolved outcome.
Our approach is always considered, collaborative and tailored, ensuring each space not only looks refined,
but functions seamlessly for its intended use.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
A short, focused session to connect and understand your goals. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, requirements, and budget, enabling a detailed scope of work and fee proposal tailored to your project
Duration: 45 minutes | Location: On-site (Gold Coast & Tweed areas)
During this session, we will:

Following the consultation, we prepare a comprehensive scope of work document, outlining:

This consultation provides a strategic roadmap for your project, offering clarity and confidence, and enabling a tailored, accurate fee proposal should you choose to proceed with ILKA.
Investment: $270 (inclusive of GST).
Booking: Consultations are secured upon receipt of full payment. Availability is limited.
2. PRE-RENOVATION / FOCUSED DESIGN SESSION
Perfect for clients at the early stages of a build, renovation, or redesign. This session provides practical,
expert guidance to clarify your project direction without committing to a full design service.
Duration: 2 - 4 hour sessions available | Location: On-site (Gold Coast & Tweed areas)
During this consultation, we will:

Conduct a one-on-one session (in-person or online)

Review your plans and overall project in detail

Provide layout and functionality advice

Discuss key areas such as kitchen, bathrooms, joinery, workspaces, etc.

Offer guidance on materials, finishes, and product selections (interior and exterior)

Optional add-on: A detailed follow-up document summarising outcomes, selections, and next steps can be prepared upon request and quoted separately.
This consult is an ideal starting point for projects of any size and often helps clients make confident decisions before committing to full design services.

3. FULL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE
For clients looking for a complete, end-to-end solution, our full-service design covers every stage of a project, from concept through to completion. This service ensures every detail is carefully considered, and your space, residential, office, or wellness studio is both beautiful and highly functional.
Whether you’re ready to move straight into full design or building on insights from a pre-renovation focused session, this service provides comprehensive guidance and expert support throughout your project.
